We  didn't want a standard, formal wedding invitation package we're not fussy, and I wanted the invitation to be something that our friends would want to hang on their fridge. So, instead of making an art-like invitation, I created a piece of art that then doubled as an invitation.

Marfa is our happy place, and every time we go I end up spending a lot of time sitting in pokey, dry, sun-faded grass drawing.

The typography is reminiscent of the understated "default" typography that is everywhere and so charming in Marfa.
